I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book so much more than I thought. I think that’s because I can see the Lord working in the life of Jerry and how he describes so many of the interesting, life moving events in his life, and how he gives credit to God, Jesus Christ, and the moving of the Holy Spirit through the rough times and the good times. I could relate, and it was so nice to have this reassurance that God is with us, guided by him, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It helped me reaffirm, and to have a better understanding, of my experiences with God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. I like the practical applications of Gods word that he gives based on each of the stories he shares through his life. He is a pastor and loves the ministry, and wow, all the challenges he had to go through, and was only able to by following the leading of God in his life. This is a must read!
